Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and dynamic Senior Recruiter (d/f/m) to join our team. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various roles and departments worldwide. Therefore, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers to define requirements and identify candidates who align with our culture and values, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for candidates and stakeholders alike. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate globally with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, create job descriptions, and develop effective recruitment strategies. 
  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle for a variety of roles, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. 
  • Proactively source and engage top talent through various channels, including LinkedIn, social media, job boards, networking events, and referrals. 
  • Provide exceptional experience to all candidates, maintaining clear communication and timely feedback throughout the process. 
  • Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit. 
  • Support the company’s employer branding initiatives by promoting our values, mission, and culture to potential candidates. 
  • Use recruitment data and metrics to monitor the effectiveness of recruiting strategies and adjust as needed. 
  • Identify and implement improvements in recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and quality of hire. 

Requirements

  • Several years of full cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on active sourcing  
  • Strong understanding of the industry and market trends 
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools and social media 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, personable demeanor 
  • Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions 
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers 
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment 
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
