
SAP Security Consultant
We are looking for a customer-centric SAP Security Consultant with SAP security expertise to join our team. This role will be responsible for delivering innovative field service solutions, driving proof of value engagements, and showcasing the measurable benefits and added value of our products to prospective and existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer Engagement, solution consulting and SAP security, with a passion for helping clients understand and realize the full potential of our offerings while ensuring secure and compliant implementations. As a Senior SAP security Consultant, you will play a critical role in aligning our solutions with client needs, demonstrating product value, and fostering long-term client success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Implementation: Lead end-to-end implementation of our product solutions, from requirements gathering and design to system configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Customization and Integration: Tailor the product to meet client-specific requirements, ensuring seamless integration with their existing systems and workflows.
- Driving Proof of Value (PoV):
- Collaborate with clients to define PoV objectives and success criteria.
- Conduct PoV engagements, showcasing how our product addresses client challenges and delivers measurable business outcomes.
- Present results that demonstrate operational improvements, cost reductions, and ROI.
- Pre-Sales Support: Partner with sales teams to deliver compelling product demonstrations, technical workshops, and proposals that highlight the unique capabilities and value of our solution.
- Client Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on how to leverage our product to achieve their business goals and overcome operational challenges.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and implementation teams to ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to implementation and delivery, while providing feedback for continuous product improvement.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for improving client workflows and internal implementation processes to drive efficiency and enhance service quality.
- Data and Performance Monitoring: Analyze client data and implementation outcomes to ensure success, guide decision-making, and drive continuous improvements in product adoption and client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in solution consulting, with a strong track record in solution design, and full-cycle product implementations.
- Proven expertise in SAP security and architecture, including user authentication, role management, and system integration.
- Demonstrated success in delivering Proof of Value (PoV) engagements, showcasing measurable business impact and ROI.
- Experience in industries with complex service operations (e.g., utilities, manufacturing, telecommunications).
- Proficient in data analysis and process optimization to support customer success and product adoption.
- Skilled in aligning technical capabilities with clients’ needs to deliver scalable, high-value solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, IT, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have Qualifications
- Advanced certifications in SAP Security, SAP Architecture, or Service Management technologies (e.g., SAP Certified Technology Associate).
- German language skills are a plus for supporting customers in the German
