Sales & Marketing Operations Specialist (f/m/d)

We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Operations Specialist to optimize and streamline our marketing and sales processes. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for marketing technology, data analytics, and process automation. You will be responsible for managing our sales- and marketing tech stack, ensuring seamless integrations, and providing actionable insights through data-driven reporting. 

This position can be based remotely in Germany or the Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Own and manage the marketing technology stack (e.g., Salesforce, Dreamdata, Google Analytics, Clari, attribution & tracking tools etc.).
  • Ensure seamless integrations between marketing and sales platforms, enabling efficient lead management and campaign execution.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track marketing and sales performance, campaign effectiveness, and pipeline health.
  • Analyze lead flow, conversion rates, and customer journey data to optimize marketing and sales alignment.
  • Support campaign tracking, lead scoring models, and automation workflows for enhanced efficiency.
  • Maintain data hygiene and quality across our CRM and our marketing automation platforms.
  • Cross-collaborate with internal teams to improve reporting accuracy, attribution models, and forecasting.

Required Qualifications: 

  • 2-5 years of experience in marketing operations, sales operations, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (Pardot, Apollo, Zapier, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data visualization tools (Tableau, Google Data Studio).
  • Deep understanding of marketing attribution models, lead nurturing strategies, and campaign tracking.
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or other data manipulation tools is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken). Other languages are a plus.
