Content Specialist – DACH (Remote) (f/m/d)

We are looking for a Content Specialist to own and execute our digital content, social media presence, and website performance. This role is central to maintaining our brand visibility, driving awareness for our products and solutions, and ensuring consistent, high-quality digital communication across channels.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, enjoys producing content consistently, and can manage multiple tasks in a structured, proactive manner. This role requires someone proactive, organized, and comfortable collaborating across departments and with subject-matter experts.
1. Social Media Execution (primarily LinkedIn)
- Manage the social media content calendar
- Schedule and publish posts
- Create social media visuals
- Coordinate content with internal teams (Sales, Product, Customer Success)
- Support global and region-specific posts as needed
2. Content Production
- Write and edit blogs, briefs, newsletters, solution briefs, video scripts, etc.
- Adapt technical inputs from internal experts into customer-facing language
- Ensure content adheres to brand tone and guidelines
3. Content Workflow Coordination
- Support and coordinate the content pipeline (drafting, reviews, approvals)
- Ensure deadlines are met, and content is published on time
- Collaborate with subject-matter experts to gather input
4. Website & SEO Support
- Publish and update content in WordPress
- Monitor website performance using GA4, SEMrush, or similar tools
- Run ongoing SEO activities like Keyword research, On-page optimization, Ranking/performance tracking
- Ensure content is optimized for search and aligned with digital strategy
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or social media execution
- Strong English and German writing and editing skills(Any other European language is a plus)
- Experience using social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Sprinklr, Buffer, or similar)
- Basic design skills(Canva and/or Figma)
- Familiarity with publishing and updating content in a CMS (WordPress or equivalent)
- Basic understanding of SEO best practices (keywords, metadata, on-page optimization)
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and turn technical input into clear, customer-friendly content
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Preferred / Nice to Have
- Experience in B2B tech, SaaS, or cybersecurity
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, or tools like SEMrush
- Basic knowledge of CRM or email platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, etc.)
- Experience coordinating with subject-matter experts or cross-functional teams
- Interest in learning more about SEO, content strategy, and digital analytics
