HR Administrator / People Operations (Remote – EU) (f/m/d)

As an HR Administrator / People Operations, you will be part of our People & Culture team, helping ensure smooth HR processes and a positive employee experience at SecurityBridge. You will support key HR operations, maintain accurate records, and contribute to processes across the employee lifecycle from candidate experience to onboarding and employee support.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a people-first mindset, working closely with teams across the organization in a fast-growing international scale-up.
Key Responsibilities
· Maintain and update HR records and databases with accuracy and confidentiality, supporting the full employee lifecycle from candidate experience to active employment.
· Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing contracts, collecting documentation, and ensuring systems are updated smoothly.
· Prepare and manage employment-related documents such as contracts, certificates, and HR communications.
· Support recruitment administration by scheduling interviews and coordinating communication with candidates.
· Act as a helpful point of contact for employees by responding to questions related to HR policies, procedures, and administrative matters.
· Help ensure compliance with basic labor law requirements, internal policies, and data protection standards.
· Prepare HR reports, metrics, and documentation to support audits, reporting, and internal reviews.
· Contribute to HR initiatives and support the continuous improvement of our People & Culture administrative processes.
Required Qualifications
· Minimum 2 years of experience in HR administration, office administration, or a similar support role.
· Professional training in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
· Experience working with HR systems, databases, and Microsoft Office tools.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured and reliable way.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a people-oriented mindset, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Nice to Have Qualifications
· Familiarity with employment law principles and HR compliance requirements.
· Experience working in an international or fast-growing business environment.
· Curiosity and willingness to learn and master our HRIS system (HiBob) and modern HR tools.

· This position is fully remote within the European Union.
