About the Role
We are looking for a Regional Marketing Manager to join the SecurityBridge team in the US. The Regional Marketing Manager is responsible for leading all regional marketing and communication activities, working closely with Corporate Marketing, local Sales, Partners, and Channel teams to achieve SecurityBridge’s ambitious growth plans in the region.
This role is responsible for adapting and executing corporate messaging and campaigns to ensure they resonate with the US market while maintaining alignment with global strategy.
You will lead demand generation efforts to build and nurture new business pipelines across channels, including online campaigns, trade shows, roundtables, webinars, and partner-driven events.
You’ll own the SecurityBridge brand in the US market, ensuring messaging is locally relevant and aligned with our global strategy. You will be responsible for maximizing the impact of the marketing investment allocated to the region, ensuring effective use of resources and tracking ROI across all initiatives.
The role is fully remote and open to candidates across the U.S.(ideally located on the East Coast)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a regional marketing and communication plan to drive pipeline growth and brand awareness.
- Adapt corporate marketing campaigns and messaging to align with local market needs while maintaining brand consistency
- Partner with Sales and Channel teams to manage and execute joint go-to-market plans, campaigns, and QBRs.
- Manage SecurityBridge’s participation in events, including industry conferences, partner events, and company-hosted activities.
- Create and localize content(e.g., blogs, customer stories, social media posts) that supports thought leadership and lead generation.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Corporate Marketing to create customer case studies.
- Track all campaigns, events, leads, and prospects in Salesforce ensuring proper follow-up and data accuracy.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and optimize based on data-driven insights.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in enterprise SaaS, ideally within the cybersecurity sector, with most of the experience gained in the U.S. market.
- Experience working across both public and private sectors, with a strong background in channel and alliance marketing
- Strong understanding of modern marketing techniques, combining digital and in-person strategies to drive engagement and pipeline.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce;preferably with Pardot/Account Engagement
- Results-oriented with a focus on execution and achieving targets.
- Comfortable collaborating within a remote based and distributed team environment.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Dedicated, highly motivated, and passionate about marketing in the tech industry
- Willingness to travel within North America and occasionally to Europe.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Good to have Qualifications
- Experience in the SAP security space is a strong advantage
- Proven experience scaling marketing efforts in a start-up or fast-growing company would be a plus
