This position can be based remotely in the UK.
The Sales Director UKI owns market development and revenue generation across the UK and Ireland. The core responsibility of this role is the acquisition of new enterprise customers. Expansion within existing accounts and partner collaboration supports this objective but remains a secondary activities. This is a senior, high-autonomy commercial role focused on building new customer relationships, developing the market, and establishing SecurityBridge’s footprint across the region.
Key Responsibilities
New Business Acquisition (Primary Focus)
- Drive new enterprise customer acquisition as the primary objective of the role.
- Lead full-cycle sales engagements from initial identification to contract closure.
- Build a pipeline of high-quality new business opportunities through outbound outreach, targeted campaigns, industry events, and partner introductions.
- Engage directly with senior stakeholders (CISO, CIO, SAP leadership, security & risk teams) to position SecurityBridge effectively.
- Ensure disciplined opportunity management and provide reliable forecasting across all new business deals.
Account Expansion (Secondary Focus)
- Support expansion opportunities within existing customers where aligned with to strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and technical teams to identify areas for incremental adoption.
- Expansion is complementary to, but not a replacement for, the primary new customer acquisition focus.
Partner Ecosystem Engagement
- Activate regional partners primarily to support new business generation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with UKI system integrators, cybersecurity firms, MSSPs, and SAP consultancies.
- Coordinate partner involvement in active opportunities and ensure consistent value messaging.
- Work closely with the Global Alliances team to align partner priorities with new business goals.
Collaboration with Marketing & Global Teams
- Work closely with the Marketing team to shape and execute regional demand-generation activities.
- Provide field insights to support targeted campaigns, events, and content initiatives.
- Collaborate with Global Alliances, Presales, and Product teams to support market development and ensure consistent customer engagement.
- Represent the UKI region internally and provide structured feedback on market needs, competitive dynamics, and positioning opportunities.
Market & Territory Leadership
- Develop and execute a structured territory plan to expand market presence and pipeline across UKI.
- Identify high-potential enterprise accounts and maintain a clear view of strategic opportunities.
- Monitor market developments, industry initiatives, and customer transformation programmes to guide strategic account targeting.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of enterprise software or cybersecurity sales experience, including ownership of a defined territory.
- Proven track record of securing new enterprise customers and managing complex sales cycles.
- Strong experience selling with or through partners (SIs, MSSPs, consultancies).
- Ability to operate autonomously and represent the company at a senior commercial level.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, including experience engagement with C-level stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in SAP, ERP, cybersecurity, cloud, or enterprise risk management solutions.
- Existing relationships within the UK cybersecurity or SAP partner ecosystem.
