About the Role
As a Sales & Marketing Operations Lead, you will play a central role in executing, optimizing, and maintaining core go-to-market (GTM) processes across our direct and partner sales motions. You will support revenue growth through operational excellence focusing on CRM operations, performance reporting, deal support, and partner enablement.
This is an ideal position for someone with hands-on experience in sales and marketing operations who is ready to take ownership of execution across critical GTM workflows in a global, fast-paced SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Process Execution & Support
Execute and maintain our sales process workflows (e.g., forecasting,pipeline stages, CRM hygiene, MEDDIC implementation) to support consistent deal progression and accurate data capture. - Performance Reporting & Insights
Build and maintain dashboards and reporting packages to support leadership with pipeline visibility, forecast accuracy, and initiative tracking. - CRM & Martech Systems Management
Administer CRM and connected marketing systems (Salesforce, Clari, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Dreamdata, etc.). Implement automation workflows and maintain data quality across platforms. - Partner & Channel Operations
Coordinate partner onboarding, data integration, and performance reporting. Support co-sell processes, tracking partner influence on pipeline and revenue. - Sales Support & Deal Operations
Assist with quoting, approvals, and route-to-market structuring. Ensure data and documentation readiness for deal execution and order processing. - Campaign and Lead Flow Analytics
Track lead progression across the funnel. Monitor conversion metrics and help optimize marketing and sales handoff processes. - Sales Planning Support
Assist in operational aspects of target setting, quota tracking, and territory data maintenance. - Enablement Execution
Support onboarding processes, training coordination, and documentation for Sales and Partner teams. Ensure availability and accuracy of enablementresources.
Required Qualifications
- 4–8 years of experience in sales operations, marketing operations, revenue operations, or a related role in a B2B SaaS or software company
- Proficient with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot, Hubspot,Apollo)
- Highly familiar with SaaS KPI, pipeline reporting, campaign attribution, and CRM data maintenance
- Strong analytical mindset; comfortable building reports and dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Data Studio)
- Familiar with partner operations and indirect sales processes
- Highly organized, execution-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams
- Strong interpersonal skills and cross-functional communication
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus
