Senior SAP Security Consultant – Technical & Pre-Sales Remote (USA)

We are seeking a Senior SAP Security Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Security, SAP Basis, and technical pre-sales. This role combines technical consulting, solution implementation, and pre-sales engagement, supporting customers throughout their SAP security journey, from initial discovery to successful delivery.
 
You will play a pivotal role in articulating the technical value of our solutions, guiding secure implementations, and leading customer conversations.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on SAP Security, Basis administration, and technical architecture.
• Lead technical pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations, workshops, RFP responses, and solution design.
• Deliver Proof of Value (PoV) engagements to showcase business impact, risk mitigation, and ROI.
• Customize and implement SAP security solutions tailored to client landscapes and compliance requirements.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, driving SAP security best practices and optimization strategies.
• Collaborate closely with sales, product, and delivery teams to ensure a seamless handover from pre-sales to implementation.
• Monitor solution performance and drive continuous improvements based on client feedback and data analysis.
• Engage confidently in professional-level English to lead technical discussions with English-speaking clients.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in SAP Security, SAP Basis, and technical implementations.
• Proven experience in technical sales, pre-sales consulting, and solution scoping.
• Strong expertise in user & role management, SAP system security, and compliance frameworks.
• Demonstrated success in delivering PoV engagements and technical presentations.
• Proficient in data-driven analysis and process optimization.
• Experience in complex industries like utilities, manufacturing, or telecommunications is an advantage.
• Professional English communication skills (C1 or above) to lead client engagements effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or equivalent.

 
Nice to Have

• Certifications in SAP Security, SAP Basis, SAP Architecture, or SAP GRC.
• Familiarity with security monitoring tools and audit frameworks.
• Background in customer success or solution consulting.
