Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, motivated and dynamic Senior Financial Controller (d/f/m) to join our team. This role will be responsible for the expansion of the controlling function within a fast-growing cybersecurity company, held by private equity. As a Senior Controller, you will play a crucial role in developing the finance department to further support the exceptional growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the execution and improvement of the existing KPI and Management reporting
  • You take care of evaluation, further development and interpretation of relevant key figures and KPIs in coordination with management and PE investors.
  • You are responsible for the implementation of ongoing controlling by means of detailed analysis of monthly plan/actual deviations
  • You are responsible for carrying out monthly consolidated reporting with the Accounting department
  • You are supporting the preparation of analysis and reports on income and expense development, analysis of balance sheet and cash flow statements.
  • You work closely with the CFO
  • You create presentations for the Security Bridge Group Management and for shareholders.
  • You work on finance transformation projects to improve processes and built an efficient global finance department
  • You collaborate with other departments as part of the yearly budget and during the year Forecasts

Requirements

  • You have a degree in business administration, finance, mathematics or a comparable education
  • 4+ years of experience in the field of Controlling, accounting, financial analysis. Experience in a fast-growing start-up like company is a Plus
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel
  • Sound accounting knowledge. Experience with Datev, ERP Solutions, and reporting tools is an advantage
  • You have a solution-oriented mindset, take ownership and are not intimidated by new challenges
  • You are characterized by a proactive and independent way of working as well as excellent communication skills
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
