Job Overview

SecurityBridge is looking for a Scrum and Release Master to join the core product development team for platform security. You would become part of an already existing team where you are encouraged to evolve and learn to over comeovercometasks. Once fully onboarded you will be supporting and guiding 1 or 2 scrum teams. 

You have excellent organization/ planning skills and are able to maintain an overview of the different phases and manage the implementation of different modules and even projects simultaneously. 

A strong commercial awareness is important. You make sure that the proposed solutions bring value both for the customer and for SecurityBridge. And take into account the concerns and expectations of the various stakeholders. 

You have strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on relationship management and influencing skills, managing difficult situations is not a problem for you.     

You are a people manager and coach: you succeed in getting your team on track and keep each project member motivated throughout the project duration by challenging and inspiring them. 

Because of your excellent communication skills, you can effectively and concisely communicate project and technical information to provide comprehensive recommendations

Responsibilities and Duties

  • You make sure that different teams (support, development and testing) work in a collaborative and iterative way, focusing on business value delivery
  • You are a facilitator and support your teams in all the agile ceremonies: 
    • Sprint Planning 
    • Backlog grooming and refinement 
    • Sprint Demos and Retrospectives 
    • Stand ups 
    • Release management
  • You will need to write and review documentation (configuration manual, best common practices, …) 
  • You continuously improve the way of working and help the teams improve their predictability, productivity, and quality 


Must have: 

  • Knowledge on various Agile frameworks 
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills, fluent in English 
  • Change management – drive change towards an agile mindset 
  • You have at least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role along with senior SAP development skills 


Nice to have: 

  • Agile Portfolio management 
  • Certified Scrum Master or equal through experience
